Halloween Costume by Umbra Dragon
Yup. Scarlet's being a Whirlwind for Halloween.
Toxic and Obsidian(the Ninetales^^) are helping Scarlet with her costume. Toxic Shadow helped with her eyes, hair dye, and tail(made it fluffy and dyed it)Obsidian helped paint her fur.
