The face looks alot like a tribal mask which is actually a great idea. I did a quick google search and found the tribal people called the "dogon" from mali that use tribal masks. What about dogonda? If not that, id suggest doing your own reasearch on the side, thats how the actual developers do it afterall, some are more simple than others of course, but some pokemon names are references and a play on words.

Well, he's a spirit based on bells that's from a parallel world, right?
Coupled with Scorch's tribal remark, how does "Terrorbel" (Terror Bell, made to sound like "tribal")sound?
Grift (Ghost Rift)?
Maybe something to do with banshee, a similar "real world" spirit that harkens forecoming death with it's screams?

"Where are you going?""I have to finish this!You saw Garatinii take Cyrus into that portal!""Red,wait!What's in there?""It is the Distortion World,Cyrus is meant to rewrite history,and I need to make sure that doesn't happen."With the help of Mesprit and Uxie,Red took off towards the portal above the mountain top.
"Alright,you with me Azelf?"Xerlock questioned as he held the Masterball in his intact hand.Worried about Xerlock's missing arm that Cyrus's Sharp.edo removed,he told Azelf not to worry.
In the end,Xerlock captured Palkia,and Dialga calmed himself and flew back to the portal of the Distortion world.Minutes passed by the time Xerlock saw Red returning from the closing portal.Xerlock's adrenaline has been far gone as his pain caught up to him.Azelf has been preventing the bleeding with his psycic powers."C'mon!I know a professor who's an expert on prosthetic technology,his name is Shan."Red said to Xerlock as he picked him up and summoned his Charizard.Meanwhile,as they're leaving,a mysterious figure flew out of the closing portal.It was a dark ghost Pokemon,a Pokemon filled with corupted nature."Dogonda...."
With curiosity of the new enviornment,Dogonda felt he needed darkness to hide in.Being a curious wonderer,Dogonda traveled days from the Shino region to Johto,and found the Bellsprout Tower.Already swarmed with ghost Pokemon,Dogonda took this place as his feeding ground.Even though the place is abandoned,Dogonda sounds the tower with his roar,which sounds exactly like a bell to keep unwanted visitors away.Even though it actually works with travelers,keeping em at bay,it only attracted some curious foxfire Pokemon named Whispen.

Days turned to weeks,then months.Dogonda figured Whispen aren't a worthy enough for even an apatizer anymore,he wanted something,bigger...
Right when his luck was running out,two trainers named Michael and Cameron happened to be passing by.Chime sounds caught their attention as the curious young Whispen started to play around with them.One disrupted Michael's Pokedex when he tried to scan em."Aw,c'mon!"Yelled Michael."It looks like a electro magnetic pulse."Cam responded.
