This is my contribution to @BishOnen's #decadechain, a chain about the best decades since 19OO. My favorite decade is the #twenties.

My interest in the decade began when I first viewed Charlie Chaplin's The Kid, a brilliant, heartelt silent comedy. I also love Battleship Potemkin and Metropolis--but there are too many great movies to name!

Before revolutionary devices like the 3DS could be built, the innovators of the past had to pave the way. Here is a small reminder of that.
