a few basics on cartoony stuff for a friend
Try to use longer lines like I did here if you tend to "feather"- layering short strokes for a much longer line- when sketching. You may find it easier to erase lines you don't need or ignore them when lineing and remove them after, versus trying to get a line perfect when sketching.
