Shadow would seem like the kind of person who would join the Dark BrotherHood...Either that or the Theives Guild...Btw, The note that says "We Know" , I literally got it in the game after k.illing an abusive old lady that was taking "care" of the orphan children...Q-Q...I was like "ITS THE DARK BROTHERHOOD, THEY FOUND MEH!"
I made a story out of this with the Sonic Characters but, SkyRim style...
