#4: Sepiroth by Time Paladin
Remember how I said Vader had pressence? For me, Sephiroth has always had a more personal pressence as that boss I could never truly beat. Even if I could somehow manage to win against him in a duel, he doesn't act defeated and doesn't bother justifying his loss like a sore loser. And that theme song... just, EPIC! Yea, the 'One-Winged Angel' song is epic, and how he acts in DISSIDIA when you defeat him is also fun.
