(Xendel senses something and scampers away into a corner chirping at them to come. A few seconds later a bolt of lightning flashes right outside, shaking the castle...)

(the castle shakes and cracks form on the ceiling & floor...
a large slab of stone falls & crushes the chair Zatsuun was just sitting in...
Xendel chirps more urgently for the rest of them to come...
More intense lightning flashes nearby, producing deafening thunder...)

Phobos: "Julius! JULIUS! Answer! We have a problem! The core is unstable! When they re-made the world, they didn't know what the core is like! They energy & memories are reacting and are entangled! I've been trying to straighten everything out, but as soon as I fix one thing, it causes five others to get out of hand and entangle once again! I'm burning up and this energy is destoying my hands as soon as I can heal them!"
(he shares his vision woth them:
You see a roiling mass of energy strands entangled.
Phobos seperates a few stands and fixes them painfully only to have twenty more almost blow up in his face.)
Phobos: GAH! THIS. IS. IMPOSSIBLE! Your world will blow up if let it go for even a second! GWAAAAA!"
(he wrestles down the energy as it writhes & threatens to explode.)

Phobos: "There isn't enough time to evacuate! I have to fix this now or else this world will be lost! Arrrgggh!"
(a bolt of energy arcs through his body, giving him a clear flash of the world's memory...)
Phobos: "?! ...wait... I have a plan.... But I must ask to trust me... even through all the crap I've caused, I must must ask for your trust on this. It will not be easy or pleasant...."

Phobos: "....ugh.... That I become the core for a short time... I'll shraighten everything out... but for that to happen..."
*looks at the core*
"gah... I will have to sort every last thing out... safely... within my body... I had a moment of clarity... only when it passed through me... my body acts like a filter... ugh.... Are ok with this...?"

(Phobos shape shifts and encases the core.
Painfully, he condenses it and returns to his regular form.
He starts filtering and re-ordering the core within him... millions of years worth of memories...
The walls start caving in from the pressure... deperately Phobos pushes back, but the walls are as hot as magma...
Phobos starts smoldering from the internal & external inferno...)
Phobos: "AAAAAAAHHHH!"
Phobos thinking: "I. Will. Not. Fail."

(eventually the storm slowly subsides...
Phobos teleports into the dining room.
He is smodering and wheezing terribly... He is covered in burns...)

Phobos: "Hey you." *points at Lester* "...you're hurt... here..."
(he heals Lesters' leg)
Phobos: "As fir success... well take a look and you tell me... heh..."
(He shows them the core... It is a perfect white ball of energy & memories. It is surrounded by a very thick Aegis shield.)

Phobos: "Yes... Everthing should be alright... ngh..."
(he is still smoking. he was being cooked alive down there...)

(He dumps it on his head, and it instantly vaporizes...
He isn't even wet.)
Phobos: "uuuummmmm..... perhaps I should step outside...."
(he walks past the table and brushes up against it. It catches fire... ono)
Phobos: "Gah!"

Phobos: "...why do these things keep happening to me???" -A-,

(Phobos eventually cools off... Xendel keeps eyeing him oddly.)
Phobos: *sigh* "Your castle got wrecked yet again... I should fix that..."

(Phobos snaps his fingers and some Altian workers appear. He merely points to the damage & they imediately start working)

Phobos: "These have certainly been an interesting past few days... I'm sorry, but I shouldn't linger much longer... the workers should be done in under an hour..."

(Xendel looks at Phobos...
He jumps up onto his head and bits/rips some of Phobos' trippy hair out and flutters back down. He scampers to Zatsuun quickly.)
Phobos: "Hey! what the-- ...You little... ......... bah.... I can't be mad at you... you're only a day old..."
(Xendel smiles smugly & flicks his tail, purple-orange lock of hair still in his mouth.) ewe

Phobos: "Heh... it's fine... I guess he wanted something to remember me by... right?"
(Xendel wags his tail happily)
Phobos: "Heh... I should get going..."

Phobos: "heh... see you later... someday..."
(he waves good-bye & teleports away. Not long after, the workers finish and leave. Xendel keeps the little lock of hair in Zatsuun's room.)
[whew... I think we are done!] :D
