Actualy it's Sonic fighting Scarlet.
When Scarlet turns into some one (like Sonic) She would have their strengths and weaknesses, as Sonic, she has his speed (she can be super sonic if she has the 7 emeralds too), has Knux's mussle as knux, ect. Just think of it as Sonic fighting himself just to keep it simple
