Are you kidding me? America was never significant in WWI, by 1917, when the Americans joined, the French, British, Russians, Belgians and the rest of the coalition had the upper hand and the cowardly American government at the time profited on the winning side (and the losing side, Germany). This was a European conflict, like European WWII (not war in pacific) and should be remembered as European.
