When drawing Breasts, Start at the arm pits and down. . They're a bit too high.

It's not a failure, i had a similar problem. It's just a step closer to being good at drawing them, you're close, it just needs some more alignment and a bit more perspective. ....maybe a bit of resizing, but if you want them that big, then it's totally fine

That.......makes no sense o-o. xD Her breast look too big to be small. she has a D-cup size THAT's big. If her breasts are to be small, you will have to make a drastic change in size to a B cup. which is about average.
