She is very authoritarian in the way she deals with lower bloods. She sets many rules in her often futile attempts to give things order. Much to her annoyance, and that of those around her--she is usually the first person to break these rules.
She speaks in a very monotone voice, much like this:
"i see you must not have read the guidelines which i made-i was very specific about what you should not do"
