Lolita-ness by Sketch Wing
I'm working towards a Lolita-style outfit for the next convention I go to, so I'm getting in the Lolita mood. :D Maybe I'll show you it when it's done. Obviously I'd need to draw it, but those who are my friendy-boots can see photos. I wanna go to a convention RIGHT NOW. XD I felt so at home at Hyper Japan, there were so many people that are into the same kinds of things as me! :D It was awesome!

@Kiwi: I'm gonna be all cheap with it, or as cheap as I can. XD I'm gonna buy a normal dress that I can just edit to make it look Lolita. I'll add lace and biws and sh*t. XD Lolz. Then I'll buy a plain blouse, some socks/tights, and some shoes and accessories that I can just edit and redesign. It'll still cost, but it won't be like sixty to two hundred pounds for a dress, it'll be like ten or twenty. XD Lolz. I'll try and keep it cheap.
I have tons of accessories and stuff already, and a cute bag I can add lace and stuff to, and I already have several petticoats, so I'm already on the way.
