Technicaly Speaking using the Move Foresight would enable phisical contact from any type.

Smeargle: Uh... You do know I coluld use Foresight, Odor Slueth, Soak, or just simply just give you a Ring Target... It's actually not as hard to touch a ghost as you might think... :T
