"And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." Philippians 4:8

Most actions start with a thought or feeling. Since thoughts are at the beginning of it all, Philippians reminds us to control our thoughts so that they won't lead to actions that hurt others, or even ourselves. Pretty legit advice if you ask me!
