"Mago" means "Wizard" in some languages, and "Lor" means "Dirt.y" in others. So "Magolor" can mean "Dirt.y Wizard": fitting, although the meanings are not in the same language.
This also means that "Lor Starcutter" can mean "Di.rty Starcutter". Eww.
