"Anya come!" Anya heard her owner say as she wobbled over to her. She picked her up and snuggled her closely, then put her in her bed for the night. Anya stared out of the window and looked at the rain, crashing down againt the glass. As Anya circled around in her bed three times she hear a loud ba.nging sound at the door. //Nobody was left outside...right?// She thought. Anya ran to the door, slipping on the glossy wooden floor and barked, trying to sound protective but all that came out were little squeaks. As the door flew open, Anya tumbled backward, doing a flip and landing with a loud 'Oomf!' sound. Anya heard her owner, Opal rushing towards her yelling "MOM! THEIR HERE!" and grabbing Anya to run back upstairs to Opal's room. "Whats going on?!" she yelled but it came out as a high pitched howl. Opal put me in Anya in her closet, and hid under her bed.

Echo didn't like thunder. It banged loudly outside the window as he covered his ears. But then he heard a different bang. Someone was banging on the door. He curled into a ball, shaking in fear. The person banged on the door again.

After hiding in the closet for a few minutes, Opal scurried from underneath her bed, only to meet a man face to face with a shotgun in his hand. Anya squealed as the man hit her owner in the head with his shotgun, leaving her on the floor surrounded by a pool of blood. Anya watched in horror as the carpet was slowly stained scarlet. Anya ran to her owner, tears in her eyes. "OPAL! OPAL NO! PLEASE DON'T! OPAL!" But only a low, mournful howl came out of the pups mouth. The man giggled menacingly and picked Anya up by her neck fur. Anya yelped at the slight pain, wriggling in the air like a owl falling from a nest. "Their you are my pretty!" He murmered darkly, staring into Anya's eyes. Anya only yelped, calling for her owner to wake up. Nothing happened. As Anya was forced into a cage, she saw her owner's parents in the same scarlet liquid as Opal. //W-What's happening?!// She cried to herself as another man joined the stranger in front of her. Heading out of the door, Anya looked back and gazed at the mess left behind. "I'll miss you..." She whined, knowing her owner would never wake up.

Echo's owner's father came down the stairs. He opened the door looking nervous. A big man was standing on the doorstep. "Where's the mutt?" he growled. "A-actually, I can't give you the dog, h-he means too much t-to my daughter and-" The man slammed him against the wall. "Where's the mutt?" he said slowly.

Echo was paralysed with fear. "We had a deal!" The man yelled. "You will give me the dog." Amy, Echo's owner stood at the top of the stairs. "Dad! What's going on!" she screamed. "Run Amy!" he gasped. The man smacked him over the head and tossed him onto the ground. Amy screamed.

Hazel ran around as her owner chased her. He was laughing and saying "come here you." Hazel yipped in delight but then a thud came from the door and she stopped running. Her owner grabbed her and ran into a field but the clatter from their house scared her and Hazel whimpered. 'Why is this happening!?' she wondered anxiously. Then a man smashed through the old wooden door and saw them. He started to persue them. Getting closer each moment. The dark man finally caught up and Hazel closed her eyes. What sounded like an explosion went of and crimson droplets splattered all over her dusty gray pelt.

Her small body was grasped by cold hands. Getting ripped away from her owner. She looked at him and whinned, knowing he wasnt getting up. 'Why do they want me!' she screamed so loud in her thought that she thought that everyone could here. But no she was alone. Her owners warm smile and comfort was gone and so was Hazel's courage.

The dark man threw her in a battered old cage and bashed it a couple of times. Frightening Hazel. He laughed a cold dark laugh. She shuddered and curled into a ball, shaking and whimpering as they drove off.

Anya was thrown into a large van. Other dogs barking and whimpering around her. She was terrified of the menacing bark and howls, Glaring beasts with dark eyes. "W-where am I?" She yelped. Only to get see two cages thrown into the van on either side of her. (you guys) "W-whats happening?" She asked to them.

Echo raced to Amy. She gathered him in her arms and ran, slipping past the horrible man. She whimpered as she passed her fathers lifeless form. She raced onto the street and kept running. But the man came up behind them. There was something in his hand. There was an earsplitting bang and Amy fell. Echo cried out and stood by her lifeless form. "No, no, NO!" he howled. He was grabbed by strong hands. Something sharps pressed into him. "Amy..." He whimpered. He tried to struggle but the everything went dark...

Hazel heard the dog whimper and shakily told her "I-i d-d-dont know-w" then she whimpered and curled back into a ball , crying and mourning for her owner.

Echo woke up in a cage. Everything was moving. There were dogs all around him. Whimpering, barking, whining... He felt weak. He couldn't stand. The dog beside him asked something but he didn't hear it.

She got up and paced back and forth. Sulking in the shadows of her mind. She was shaking and even more terrified because of the menacing growls of the dogs behind her.

Anya heard the van stop, getting knocked off her feet from the sudden jerk. As she layed down, her cage was lifted and carried into an arena of some sort.

A sigh escaped Alpha's mouth as a once-beautiful Dalmation layed before him, lifeless. The kil.ler? Alpha himself. The husky shook out his rusty brown-and-white fur. He gazed at the beaten dog that lay before him. She was insane before dea.th. Alpha figured he did her a favor. An uproar of applauds surrounded him. Wretched, wicked humans chanted, exchanging their weird green leaves. Some happy to be recieving more. Other's angry to be giving them up. Alpha learned this ritual to be called "betting." Humans would guess which dog would ki.ll the other or something. It made no sense to him. He just wanted to be back in Alaska...
Alpha stalked back to the area he slept in. The deserted building he lived in was very uncomfortable. Other dogs were kept here, though many in cages. Alpha was one of the few allowed to roam alone. Suddenly, a human burst into the room Alpha had come to call home, and dropped several puppies. "Sort out the good from the bad, canine..." the human growled at Alpha. Alpha stared at the puppies. They were so young...They all whimpered and mewled, not knowing where they were. As soon as the nasty man who brought them in left, Alpha crouched down to the pups' level. "Now you listen here...you need to pay attention to everything I say if you want to survive in this hell hole."

(The pups brought in would be you guys. You can roleplay in the van up until they're brought into the "abandoned" building or whatever)

As Anya was dropped out of her cage, she fell onto a cold, smooth cement floor. As others were dropped beside her she looked up and saw a menacing husky infront of her. He whispered something to them, about how to survive so she listened closely. Shaking, she asked "W-Will y-you k-k-k!ll us?" She said with wide eyes, remembering what the men did to her owner and her parents.

Hazel didnt want to fight even though her mother, a wolf, said when she had to fight survival instincts would kick in. Her father told her to be careful and watchful. Could she use both of her parents advise to survive these menancing dog?

Echo shakily rose to his paws. His vision was blurry. He shook his head. A fierce looking husky was standing in front of them. "Are you going t-to you h-hurt us?" He asked shakily.

Alpha stared down at the pile of pups. "Are you going to ki.ll us?" was the pressing question. The husky's eyes got wider each time it was asked until finally he layed down and put his paws over his face. "I have no intention of harming any of you. You just need to listen so you can become strong fighters," Alpha said in a much gentler voice, surveying the puppies. One looked like a Rottie...popular dog-fighting choice. Another seemed half wolf. He lost focus staring at the innocent dogs. It wasn't fair to them. Alpha stood back up at them and growled a bit. "...Give me your most menacing growl."

Anya stared at the dog infront of her. "Menacing?" She echoed. As Anya tried her best to growl all that came out was a sweet sounding 'Grrr!'. She look puzzled, at herself and tried again, this time thinking about her owner, thinking about revenge, and death. As Anya took in a breath, she crouched down, within another second, she stretched forward with a terrifying growl. Anya jumped in surprise at herself and asked "How did I do?...And My name is Anya, Who are you?" (She is a DobermanPinscher x3)

"Nice, nice..." Alpha gave Anya a little nod of approval. "I'm Alpha. I'll tell you this: it's in your best interest not to anger other dogs here. They'd be all too happy to make a snack out of you all..." Alpha let out a quiet sigh. Too many young dogs bit the dust here...

Hazel stared at Alpha. Her eyes glistening in fear. She gulped. "Umm Mr. did you-u k-know a wolf n-named...... Fay?" (she fought there but she died)

Fay's traits/bio: She was a kind wolf from the eastern woods. Her pack was vicious especially when a german shepard male was found on their territory. Fay fell in love with him at first sight and they ran off together. They had Hazel then Yukon (German shepard) took Hazel and gave her to his master's son. Fay was sad but the people from the dog fight arena captured her and made her fight she died in her final battle. She fought a blood thirsty australien shepard and was defeated. Her life taken. She never even got to say good-bye to her only pup

Alpha turned his attention to the half-blood pup. /Fay...? Greman Shep...or wolf...hmmm.../ The name sounded familiar. "I think...I might've seen her...she went down fighting very valiantly..."

"S-she's g-gone!" Hazel stuttered. "mommy" she muttered and ran towards the back of the room as she saw a small wolf-like figure standing in the shadows

The night sky sparkled with stars. Curled up, asleep was Nayan and her mother. The light breeze swaying the trees. Nayan got up, she couldn't sleep. Her mother, however, was deep asleep. Nayan looked around, and saw the silloetted figures of two humans against the pale grey moon. One human was carrying a large stick... One that Nayan had saw before, but didn't know what it was called. It was used to make deers sleep, and then the human would take the sleeping deer. The humans were coming closer. Nayan nudged her mother with her muzzle. Her mother's eye opened into slits, reflecting the stars in the sky. "What's wrong, my pup?" She asked, tiredly. Nayan looked toward the humans, which were very close now. Her mother got up, growling. The humans kept walking toward them, though. Nayan hid behind her mother. The she heard a bang and must have been knocked out, because everything else went black. All she could her was the pained yelp from her mother.
( I didn't know what to post, so I hope this is good? Also, can Nayan be the youngest of them?)

Echo looked surprised. "G-growl?" He glanced at the other dogs and tried to mimic their growls. He concentrated and tried his best to sound menacing. "Grrrrr!" He tried. It sounded more cute than anything. He looked at his paws. It was hopeless. St Bernards were rescue dogs. He wasn't made to be menacing or scary. He wasn't made to fight.
