A show on Syfy called Face Off is what this is from.
I have been watching it since it's first season, it's now on season five.
The episode that this was from was titled "Living Art"
They had to chose between a Pop Art, Cubism, or Constructionalism based make-up.
You should watch it if any of you can.
Maybe you understand it more, hehe.

Is that so? I'd think more people would know here because it's a more artsy show if you know what I mean. And the 3d looks fine though maybe if the news scraps were 3d it'd enhance the effect. I'm not that great at 3d myself so idk. :P
