Step One - Stare at the red dot and Count to Forty-Five ( Try not to blink during this step! )

Step Two - After Counting to Forty-Five Look away towards a wall and blink really fast! What do you see? : )

Tip - if you cannot count to Forty-Five without Blinking than you can count no lower then twenty or it won't work correctly!
