Nah that fire looks great, as does the rest of Kaiyah!

Horses are hard to draw- But extremely fun to draw! Great job, as always! She's adorable-- I just want to pet her nose like a real horses. (I'll be online if you want to rp. )

Where were we.......
The two ponies chatted while they trotted to a nearby cafe.
" Have you ever been here? " asked Kaiyah, "Its my favorite place to go whenever I visit canterlot, their green tea is simply amazing!" She said with excitement.
The two ponies reached the large, double-doored entrace to the cafe and Kai pushed it open with her hand. The smell of tea, coffee and freshly baked bread wafted into their nostrils. (did I spell that right? XD)

(Yeah- Looks right to me. x) ) Timeshift shrugged. "I've been here once or twice mabye- Never for long, at that." He peered in, thanking her as he walked past.

"Table for two please." said Kaiyah to the waiter.
" Hello Kaiyah.", the waiter said kindly, "Taking a break from your studies? "
"Yes at the moment" She said with a smile.
The waiter led them to a table by the window and the two sat down.
" This is my favorite spot here! I love to look out the window and think while I write." Kaiyah said
The waiter came back to take their drink orders. "I'll have the green tea as usual."

"I'll have the same." Timeshift nodded at the waiter/ waitress. He looked to kaiyah. "It is a nice view, I have to admit." He responded, gazing out the window.

"It is. So, Time. What do you do here at Canterlot? Do you have a job?" She said with curiosity.

"No job- I just traveled here. I've been here about a month." He began." My mother wanted me to do something that I enjoyed...So, I've been going around and learning new things."

"Thats lovely. I always enjoy travel and learning new things! What does your cutie mark mean? How old were you when you left?" Kaiyah became chatty and excited to talk to another pony. The waiter brought the hot tea and poured the tea into two cups. Then he put a platter of bread with a side of cheese, saltlicks and applebutter. (XD had to put saltlicks! Can horses eat cheese? e3e)

"My cutiemark mostly has to do with my heritage." He glanced at the waiter. "My mother was an expert watch maker, not to mention her magical skills." He explained. "Her whole side of the family was always interested in time and things that represented it." (Well, hm..Probably not, then again it is my little pony. ^v^)

"Wow! I didn't know that cutie marks can be influenced by heritage! Then again, I never really spent a whole lot of time with ponies." She replied as she took a slice of warm bread and covered it with applebutter.
" As you know, I never received a cutie mark. I could never figure out their significance until I was older."

He smiled slightly. "Well, me neither, until it appeared." He sipped his tea. "Do you know why you don't have a cutiemark?" He asked curiously.

"I'm not sure. I am half dragon and half pony, but I never had one even though I look more like my mother who is a pony." She explained and bit into ber bread. "Mmmm, you have to try this!"

He thought about it for a moment, but no reasons came forth. "Oh-- Okay. " He smiled. He used his magic, since he didnt have..well, hands. He spread the apple butter onto the warm bread, and he took a bite. After swallowing, he said, "Wow-- you werent kidding! That's great!"

Kaiyah smiled and finished her bread with another bite. (she can eat a lot XD) The waiter came back again and asked for the two ponies orders.
" I'll have the vegetable soup, mushroom queche and a slice of razzberry cake." She replied with eager and handed the waiter the menu back.

Timeshift looked over the menu. He had eaten earlier, and what he had eaten would definetly suffice. "I'm fine, thank you." He said, nudging the menu over.

As the waiter left Kaiyah sipped her tea and asked "What do you like to do for fun?"

He contemplated his answer. "Well, flying is a fun past time. I also like to practice my magic, and mabye read a bit. How about you?"

"Well beside studying, I guess reading, writing, eating and flying is also my favorite thing to do." she answered. "Breathing fire can be fun too I guess." The waiter came back with Kaiyah's soup and queche. She picked up her spoon and started to eat with very good manners. "What are you planning to do after you leave Canterlot? You are going to another place I presume. "

"Most likely- though I havent decided where I'm going." He replied, looking outside.

Wow, This is pretty good in my opinion! ^w^ (Sorry if i'm interrupting your RP... teAet)

"Oh, well I'm going to track another dragon. I beleive he is hiding in a cave north of ponyville." She said and took out a map, " They have a library and a baby dragon there. Would you like to go there? You could accompany me and you don't have to come to the dragon's cave if you want." She finished her soup and almost finished the queche.

"I've heard rumors about that. Who says they're not true?" He smiled, a hint of curiousity in his voice. "I'd love to accompany you-- To both places."

Kaiyah's face light up when Time agreed and she couldn't help but burst out "Sounds great!" The whole cafe became silent for a moment. After that Kaiyah felt a little embarrased and finished her food quickly and asked for the check. She cleared her throat and said " I can meet you at the Canterlot entrace and we can fly there. I actually prefer to fly to places instead of going by train, I hope you dont mind! Just bring a few nessisary things."

"Absolutely-- These wings arent for nothing, any way." He smiled, standing. "Thank you for the meal, by the way. And- unless you need to stop somewhere, we can just go. I learned a handy teleportation spell for small things, so I can get my stuff easily before we go."

"Ok. I already have my bag packed." She said as she walked out the cafe with Time.

Time followed her out. He stopped a moment, and his horn flashed green. A satchel appeared over his shoulders. "Alrighty- Ready when you are." He said, looking excited.

Kaiyah looked at Time, impressed with his magic. "My room is very close from here, Its practically right around the corner." She walked down the block and turned left where a very large, posh hotel stood. "I'll just take a second." she said and flew up to her room's balcony near the top floor and dissapeared into her room. Then she appeared with a large saddlebag and flew back down. "Ok, I'm ready too!"

"Alright!" He nodded, spreading his wings. He took off with ease, making sure he went above the buildings before moving forward.

(sorry if i'm slow, I have bad allergies right now) Kaiyah looked up and followed him. She took off gracefully and made it look like it took no effort to fly. " Ok ponyville is toward the south east from here." She pointed toward a large, jutting mountain and lead the way. (Kaiyah is actually a great flyer because she uses her wings so often :p)

(Timeshifts a good flyer. Not as fast as rainbowdash, or as skilled as kaiyah. Though he gets along.) He kept up with her easily, his wings being bigger than the average pegasus. "I've heard ponyvilles a nice place.." He said with uncertainty. He normally had trouble when he went to new places, him being an alicorn and all. But he was sure kaiyah probably had it worse.

"I heard that too. I have never been there before, but I love cozy little towns so it must be pretty nice." she replied. Her large wings carried her body with ease and the cool, fresh air gently blew through her mane. "Achooo!" Kaiyah sneezed and fire bursted out and almost hit her in the face. "That was close." She chuckled. She became more and more excited when she thought about the dragon living in a cave and couldn't wait to study him.

Timeshift moved away slightly when the fire lit. "Woah-- yeah-" He smiled.

"The cave is getting closer." she said. "We should land before we get there, I should tell you about dragons beforehand and how I am going to observe this one."

"Sounds good to me." He responded. "Perhaps ponies in ponyville know of the dragon. I mean-- It's so close by."

I have to go :/ Matbe we can continue this tomorrow! :3
