I haven't verified that the orbit of Halley's will put the constellations in the orientation depicted here upon its next approach of the sun. I could easily do this, I just have to make the time. This is what it might be like on the surface of Halley's Comet a bit after the sun has risen at your location on it, with the comet at about one AU from sol. It would have to be receding here I think. I don't know how swiftly Halley's Comet rotates rigidly, but I'm pretty sure that it does. #space#sci

#BLR: You're on it! It's not jetting to much because you've been on the night side until recently, and it's at Earth's distance from the sun (one AU) or slightly further.

Great idea to do a picture from a comets perspective, also the comets trail is a nice touch. Nice work
