A former Leaf Village ninja, she'd never been accepted in proper society since her chakara was always uncontrollabe. (If her emotions go bizerk she goes crazy with her chakara blindly hitting people with every jutsu she knows) So she was treated like she had mental issues.
She went rogue after accidentally k!lling her family while on one of her rampages.
Then the Akatsuki found her and ......
