I wanted to draw @TMage's pony character, and this is the result!
Y'know what Mage?
You remind me of a brony friend I had on xbox.
(His gamertag used to be yankeesrulexMLP but he's changed it since then)
The 3rd pony forgeart that I made on Halo Reach was for him.
Since he was a huge fan of twilight sparkle, I "drew" twi for him. XD
Anyway...

when shading there's a frw things to keep in mind:
-the color of what youre shading
-the surrounding area
-lightsource(s)
-lightsource(s)
-LIGHTSOURCE(S)
shadows are usually a cooler color
highlights are usually warmer colors
*purplekecleon's "How I See Color - A Tutorial' on dA is very good
gives alot of good tips
i reccomend anyone to check it out
