Birds of the Tattered Feathers Flock are birds that are unaccepted by others, so they've been brought together because of their differences. Shino is the Flock's leader. He maintains order and gives dicipline when due.
-2nd in command birds deal with problems first. If it becomes too much, problems are brought to Shino.
-Chick Watchers obviously care for the chicks until they can fly on their own. If the chicks are hatched and look completely normal, they're handed off to another flock by the Chick Watchers.
-Nest Builders gather supplies to build and maintain nests. They usually do a daily check of the nests to make sure they don't fall apart. They also gather supplies to make nests comfortable. They're nests are always the most luxurious.
-Foragers gather food for chicks, and tell where food is for others to gather on their own. They also gather medicinal supplies.
-Lookouts watch for fore.ign flocks and send alarm calls incase there are predators nearby.
-Chicks are self explanitory.
The flock is currently located in a small pine forest, living in a few trees that are close together.
The birds are mainly those on the smaller side--none bigger than a crow are in the flock.

Umm, if I made my character into a bird could she be a lookout?
She's very quiet and mysterious, tends to be shunned for seeming sus.picious, and many even fear her, causing them to keep their distance. In addition to all of this she trusts no one, making it hard to make friends. She is also notoriously stealthy and perceptive, making her perfect for reconnaissance.
She would likely have been wandering on her own for a while before meeting the leader or someone else in the flock. Then some event may occur which brought her to have some level of trust with them and join the flock.
Sorry I write so much, my brain likes storyline and details. I have more I'd write but since I won't likely get in I'll stop here.
