Okay, brace yourself for a really stupid question: How exactly do YOU get to the ap? Do you use meditation? Do you do something beforehand? I feel like I know everythiing one could posdibly know about the AP without actually GETTING there, and I don'tknow howto get there, either. I know, a really stupid question, but I had to ask. X3

You usually go into a meditative state and you allow your soul/mind to transcend into the AP. You will feel your soul leave your body...
