A Simple Proposal by Raptorfeathers
If I were to start a bird flock...whether it's for roleplay purposes, chatting, etc. Would anyone wanna be part of it?
I'd like it to be all Co.ckatiels (no, not Co.ckstoos)...'cept they've got odd mutations that make them outcasts, so they all join together. Different colors, abnormally small, etc. I'd call it "Tattered Wings Flock" and a different 'tiel chara would be head bird.

To elaborate, I'm definitely thinking there should be somekind of ranking system. I may allow other Australlian birds (budgies, grass keets, etc) if convinced. I'd like to possibly host roleplays...and various bird chatrooms :3
Anybody else have any suggestions?
