You can merge layers.
Go to the color wheel.
Tap the bottom middle tab, then drag the layer you want to merge to the box icon underneath the layer (it will appear once you drag it).
If you drag a layer to the right, it will merge as if you drew the layer you merged ut to on top. Vice versa for the opposite.
