My OE (Original Experiment) for Lilo & Stitch. More active at night. He likes to give things that extra sparkle, which is usually painting glowing stars on things using the phosphorescent ink in his paws. Undergoes a slight transformation at night allowing him to run fast and a few glowing star-like patches appear on his fur. #Lilo #Stitch #Expiriment #OC
