Generic Quagga Foal by Taojat*Ungulates
Ta-da! This is a baby Quagga. It's sort of a practice drawing to test out the coloration and patterns. I tried a light-on-dark stripe pattern instead of dark-on-light, since that's more legit to the species, though I'd really like to hear some critiques on how to draw my future character sheets better!
...yes, there's an ostrich in the background. More on that later.

The stripes look absolutely lovely! And wonderful job on the 3D! ^.^
I don't know much about the species so I'm not exactly in the right place to crtique...but two minor things. On the right foreleg, that brown spot on the part of the leg closest to the body looks like it doesn't need to be there. And then the tail. Maybe make the bulk of it smooth, then puff out or get fluffier at the end, kinda like a zebra's tail?
