Advice for writing... hmm. I just do however much I feel like per day, sometimes just a few sentences and other times a page or more. It's generally about half a page, though today it was three full pages for whatever reason.
At any rate, however much you feel like a day adds up eventually. Took me over a year to reach 100k words. It also helps to plot it out in advance, to keep you on track.
Just realized I used the word 'plot'. Heh.
