4 people? Yeah that seems like a decent number on Colors. It is a much more different world, I hear. But you shouldn't really judge it on the number of followers you have. It's the quality of your art that should concern you.
On Flipnote, I imagine there are far less 'like and move on' followers. Because they have to invest time into viewing your animation. And if they invest time, they're more likely to comment, and talk. It's a lot quicker here. And like an art gallery museum, most people just walk around, nod at pictures and move on. Very few spend time to comment on the art, or appreciate the input.
Heck, most people, who visit the Louvre, spend only 10 minutes inside, just to look at the Mona Lisa.

I rember the good times on Hatena... I'm sorry if I'm not really social. Like you said, it's not like Hatena I feel a little empty inside since Hatena came to it's unfortunate end. For me It's hard to be social here on Colors!3d. Pretty much all I ever do is look at paintings, see one I like; then I like it and move on to the next. Yeah, but I don't blame you for feeling that way. < :)

I figured you may not. It's not like you can have a friendly chat with the artists in museums and many galleries. But my analogy still stands
