I'm still wondering why he is "Queen"...
Oh well, anyway I love Hetalia and lately i've been into this cardverse stuff so here you go!
That's cardverse! England and I was lazy so I drew him as chibi...
I like his eyebrows...

That ! is because in Hetalia fandom people write things like cardverse or other AU things like that.
England is my second or third, but I like Spain the most ^.^

@Maremu If your still wondering why Arthur's a 'Queen' it's because in The Kingdom of Spades, there is no gender for the 'Queen'. The first born of the King and Queen (which means Alfred) he can marry anybody regardless of there gender.
