Kappa by AcidWolf
A kappa is a japanese cryptid thats name comes from the word "kawa" (river) and "wappo" (child). Kappa are usualy depicted as roughly humanoid in form. They range in color, most commonly green or yellow. They have a bowl shaped thing on there heads that holds water from whitch they get there power. It is said that the only way to defeet one is to get it to bow to you, thus spilling the water. So in conclution kappa is not the japanese name for turtle. read the wiki page! its neat.

Well this solves the question ive asked myself since ACCF. I always thought that was a patch of scales or something on Kapp'n's head.
