Step 1: Make yourself a bowl of Chex Cereal. (if this product isnt available, use Cheerios or Special K instead)
Step 2: Pour your bowl of Chex Cereal in your sink with the drain plugged.
Step 3: Submerge your head into the milk and cereal in your sink.
If lack of motivation is drastic, add salt, egg yolks and mayonaise for a stronger effect.
