mmm. If I may speak out of personal experiance, it wont be if you allow it to. It'll take a while, yes, and alot of prayer to God to heal that part of your heart, but it will go away. I can be healed, if you allow it.

It hurts. Alot. I don't know this firsthand, of course. Rather, seen it with my Mother and her Husband. You are never the same, after that. Your life isn't miserable. Not one bit. You just continue praying for your wife, forgive her, and love your kids. Sometimes, we try to hold onto things that even God himself is pulling apart.
I know you're a man, a husband, but I highly recomend the movie "Diary of A Mad Black Woman" if you haven't seen it. It helped my Mom alot during, and after, her divorce.

And, being a single parent is hard, as My Mom has been for many years, but you can do it. I don't know what it's like suddenly losing a parent to divorce (Never liked my Step Dad much), but I do know, that if you remind their kids to love their Mom and not hate her for anything, they'll be just fine. My Mom raised me like that, and I absolutly love my Dad, even if I haven't really met him yet. Love. Love of Christ will heal all wounds. Just be the best dad you can be.

Not really. Not until cold hard evidence is in. When it comes to these things, parents always listen to their daughter, and police usually side with women in these things if the perp was a man. Or, at least, until her testimony is heard, and witnesses. Really, all there is now is her word over his, until, like I said, there's evidence. wether it be DNA, witness, past victums, or even footage.
You should really watch Law&Order:SVU.
