So does anyone know if a pokemon transfered from an older game can mega evolve (for example, a RSE Groudon & Kyogre couldn't unlock Rayquayza in HGSS)?

Those rumors are definately fake. Why get rid of froakie's most important design aspect? And the leaker also said there was only 70 new pokemon. If there are 3 pokedexes, why are there only 70? And Masuda already said there was going to be more pokemon than any other generation.
