A cintiq is an interaktive pen display from wacom :)
Its like a drawing tablet just with screen.So you draw like you do on the NintendoDS but on your computer :) Than you can use photoshop or paint tool sai and such C:

STOP BEING SO AWESOME!!! xD I have a Wacom Bamboo Tablet which I got for Christmas, but we got it on our DEATHLY SLOW computer pc. -m- So I don't really use it a lot.
Anyway awesome pic!! I think this one is my favorite. :3

@Sapphire: I think if I would do that many people would hate me xD
I have a bamboo too c: bought it some months ago but my laptop is very slow too xD So I only used it a few times.What I wanna buy now is a standalon cintiq version where you dont need a computer for because I cant buy cintig and a new faster computer :`D And also I dont need a computer, have my laptop.So Its easier just to buy that tablet (but it costs onethousendninehundred euro DX its nearly the same in dollars thought)
