Two things. 1: Don't use pure lines for faces in an otherwise realistic image, it contrasts the facial features too strongly and makes them look weird. Use shades and colors instead. 2: Study lighting|contrast and color theory. This piece would improve immensely with better usage of light. Keep at it!
