XD yeessss. Though i wouldnt quite call it a rip off. Similar, yes. But Felix has to repair the building as well as climb up it. thats probably the only significant difference, but its one strong emough to give it a different experience

They weren't trying to make this an overflow of nintendo characters, thats why there was a variety of villains. One from Sega, Namco, etc.

In case no one gets it: Felix Jr. was based off Mario. Fix-it-Felix Junior was based off Donkey Kong(the arcade game).

I hated wreck it ralph, They made the characters video games, I like to think of them as another world, Not like pixals that are programmed to do stuff.. -_- but thats my opinion.
