Here's what's happening. Ultima Feral and Divinium somehow switch bodies for a little while. Guess what Divinium's first goal is to do while he's like this, besides inflating "himself". The picture came after a quick comic idea. Yeah, they just find each other swapped for no reason whatsoever, and they try to figure out how to get back to normal.
Also, Barun's cononically straight all three sides of him, Divinium wanted to be stupid there. #bodyswap #form
