DEAR LOSERLES: I AM GOING TO BE KIND, BUT DO NOT TELL SOMEONE HOW TO LABEL THEMSELF, ALRIGHT? SOME PEOPLE VERY MUCH LIKE TO IDENTIFY AS TRANS*. IT IS A PART OF WHO THEY ARE. ON THE OTHER HAND SOME PEOPLE WOULD RATHER NO ONE EVER KNOW, AND THAT IS FINE TOO! MADDI DOES CALL HIMSELF A BOY, HE CALLS HIMSELF MY BROTHER, ETC, BUT IF HE WISHES TO TAKE ON THE LABEL OF TRANS THEN THAT IS GREAT FOR HIM (AND FOR OTHER TRANS* PEOPLE. I WOULD SAY THAT TRANS* PRIDE IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR FIGHTING DISCRIMINATION AND THINGS)

@ loserles yes i did! i was just saying, you might think it's sad that maddi identifies as trans, but maybe maddi likes that identity! (i am his older sister, btw). I'm not trying to stir up conflict; some people are comfortable with 'having been a girl once', some people aren't, that is all.
