Err.....this did not turn out very nicely...So I went with it's crummyness. Cracks me up though.
Anyway....
This is what happens if you don't feed or play with your pokemon regularly! (Although this poor fella probably wasn't in a good state pre-capture) Horrifyingly terrible, I know. Almost breaks my heart to see pokemon like this.

Remember people, take good care of your pokemon, or else this will happen, and nobody wants that, now do they?
So....yeah.
