its actually the prism (<-is that right?) scale for milotic. the bubbles are actually pretty easy to make. you draw an outline then add a highlight then a softer highlight around that. does that make sence?o.o im terrible at explaining

I absolutely love the detail in here from the shading and the bubbles to the various colors of pebbles (and prism scale. ;))
