This is Vapor she is no ordinary Suicune. Instead of purifying filthy water like other Suicunes, she turns normal water filthy. Just before that happens a reflection of a normal looking Suicune appears, instead of her reflection. Her move set is: Muddy Water, Smog, Rain Dance, Blizzard.
