She was a Genetics test in GADR (Genetic Administration DNA Reasarch) labs. It went terribly wrong, when they injected hydrogen into her DNA. Her body burst into flames, and she demolished the labs, whom of whitch is still discovering. She ran into the wild, and has been running ever since.
The name One'o three refers to the date, 9/13. The same day the test began. Her eyes don't shine, like a black hole.
