I'm going to make an educated guess, based on this and the previous drawing, when you kind of have the same ideas in your head, it's no gonna be anything DARK... she's blushing, in a reflective way... So maybe her secret is about her previous love life... but from the previous drawing "Trust no one" perhaps an abusive BF, which made her switch to GF... Am I on the ball park...? Even if I get it wrong, I love to try and put things together, makes me feel like Old School Detective, I even have a Adventure Time drawings where I uncover AT secrets...
