This is what my family does for dinner on certain Chinese holidays or special occassions though mostly eaten during the winter time. You can find many places that serve this kind of dish (in some you can make your own!) in Taiwan & probably in other Asian countries too. Guess you could call this a "fondue/hot pot" meal/dish. #wc176
