In one version, she was with Artemis and Athena (her half-sisters, goddess of Hunting and goddess of Battle). When she went off and Athena heard her scream, she and Artemis ran to her, but didn't make it in time. Artemis even tried to shoot an arrow at Hades and Athena threw her spear at him, but he escaped just in time. Artemis was so heartbroken, and Athena was unable to forgive Hades. TT^TT

I just...have a problem with the idea of "love at first sight." :T
I'm not one much for romance, but I think real love is a deep affection and bond that grows more intense (like unconditional "I want to be with you forever" type of thing) over time. I think the whole "I saw him/her amd knew he/she was the one" is stupid. XD
But...I've never been in love or had that type of affection for a guy, and I have a warped idea of reality. :P
