Things you can do to remember dreams:
- Say before you go to bed, 'I will remember my dream tonight'
-Avoid caffiene 2 hours before bed (chocolate, coffee, ect)
-Keep a dream journal, and immediatly after you wake up, write down as much as possible. You only get about 1 minute before you forget almost everything!
