^buddy listen. This world sucks. You know that. The main cause? Humans. We were made to have power over the Earth. Yes most people abuse it and ignore its creator. Like i've said before sometimes its best to let the past go becuz the past lets face it. Its gone. You cant spend the rest of ur life worrying about past events becuz there is NOTHING that worrying will solve. Sometimes its also best to get away from the cause of deppression. You may need to leave where ever u are. It'll make healing easier. From the sound of ur life it sounds like ur hurting doesnt come from what happened to u but what happened to others which is good bucuz u love and care for others. But ur brother is happier now, ur sisters baby is in heaven, and you have to know that with good things there will also be bad aswell. Im praying for u but im just trying to help even if u totaly ignore meh.
And this is why I don't like going to the doctor... :P To answer your question about the author, to be honest I don't pay much attention to the author of a story. It could be a man or a woman with any personal lives. I just care if I like the story. He might not be straight, but does it matter? I mean, would you not read a book based on its author's orientation?
^Technicaly ya i wouldnt read a book if the author was... well bad. The Bible is really the only book i read XP. But ya i check on the author becuz one girl let me see the book Twilight. Well on the 1st page it had a supposed Bible passage. The book is an evil book so putting God's word in it tells me who helped wright it. Even the Devil knows the Word for he was there when it was written. Anyway i dont read non-christian books (excluding certain Starwars/Nintendo ones) But if im forced to read em for school i look up the author's origin, religious background, ect and if they were a hom'ose'xual or luciferianist or atheist i report to the school that the author offends my religion and i dont have to do the report(THANK YOU 1ST AMMENDMENT! XD). {thats only happened twice btw}.
Wow, I haven't even tried religious exemption, but then again I enjoy reading anything that's not boring or poorly written (or confusing). Well, okay, so most of the things I've read haven't really interested me, but how else could I have found the ones I enjoyed without being adventurous and trying new things? I even read Richard Dawkin's book "The God Dillusion" (which honestly was pretty boring) to see how athiests think. It's interesting that he thinks of himself as much more open minded, but yet he is very closed minded about many things. It gave me a better understanding of people like him though, as well as how athiests in general can see religious people. It's not like it can make someone an athiest by reading it and, if you ever debate with an athiest, it does help to know how they think. That's probably why I liked "Every Day" so much, because it's a glimpse into all these separate lives and what it's like to be these people, even if only for a day. I like understanding others. There's even a day where A's in the body of a drug addict and describes how painfully difficult it is to fight the withdrawls and how hard it is to fight the body, but how the mind is strong enough if the soul is willing. I also like how A's moral standards of never interfering with the lives changes to trying to make things better. But, yeah, everyone has different tastes and it's probably not to your taste.
^Ya i have read some of that book and i gotta tell ya Dawkins is a big anti-christ in this earth... Anyway ya different books can apply and be for different people. I mean i'd rather read a book like Hyrule Hystoria over The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. XD
^Hey i pay people back bro. thats life. :] Oh and ya Im 17 dont have but 2 phisical friends but i do have alot of online friends. there sooo much easier to make. :]
Ehh my dad Works in Afghanistan with a boss that wants humans over there dead only gets Thirty days leave in a year and has a wife and 6 kids he leaves behind and has been doing this for 8 years. Yet He still is loving even tho he weeps alot... But ya he works ten to fifteen hours aday too. So u have to think that with every problem someone out there is hurting worse than you are. He knew a group of kids over there too. Loved them like his own. Then a sui.cide bomber found out and blew them up... :( He's lost tons of friends due to the conflict over there... He still is greatful to God for protecting him and keeping him and us safe tho. Im not trying to be mean either but ya life is full of strife and pain. Our goal is to see the light and make it to the end.
