Just release it but remove flipnote gallery and only use friend...
And when its done, release an update for it and you'll get a button for gallery! =D

this is probably nintendo's biggest failure EVER. *nintendo* Let's give FNS3D to the overpriveleged gamers in Japan because we live there and we want everyone else to go crazy waiting!
